Each 
World of Warcraft class has its own color defined to it in the default UI, per the raid system. The below color codes are held in the RAID_CLASS_COLORS table in FrameXML/Constants.lua (not always current) or FrameXML/Constants.lua (as of Patch 5.0.5 build 16048).

It has been announced by Zarhym that the current Monk class color is "jade green".[1]
